Born in 1976 out of a desire for inclusion and encounters between able-bodied and disabled young people, the Bataclan is a non-profit organisation based in the Brussels-Capital Region, which aims to "promote the empowerment and integration of people with disabilities so that they can make the best use of their potential for more active participation in society".
