The ViA (Vie Autonome) movement brings together the associations AccessAndGo-ABP, the Belgian Association against Neuromuscular Diseases, Grandir Ensemble, the Braille League and Inclusion.
Together they have campaigned for a Personal Assistance Budget in Wallonia and the Brussels-Capital Region. They are revisiting the path of moving the system in favour of the inclusion of persons with disabilities within the framework of deinstitutionalisation and in the spirit of Art. 19 of the UN Convention on Persons with Disabilities ratified by Belgium and its federated entities.
